Terms of Service

Marketplace role. Rapid Med Staff is a recruitment intermediary that lets employers publish temporary shifts and professionals express interest. We are not the employer of any professional.

No wage handling. The platform does not collect, hold, escrow or distribute wages. Compensation is agreed and paid directly between employer and professional.

Verification. Employers are responsible for verifying credentials, scope of practice, background checks and suitability before assigning work.

No guarantees. We do not guarantee that a professional will accept, arrive for or complete an assignment.

Platform fees. Employer subscriptions, posting fees and featured listings are billed through our payment processor and are non-refundable except where required by law.
